Beaches

The Beaches neighborhood is located in the southeast end of the city, bordered by Coxwell Avenue to the west, Victoria Park Avenue to the east, Kingston Road to the north, and Queen Street East or Lake Shore Boulevard —as well as Lake Ontario — to the south. It’s known as Toronto’s top sandy destination for a bit of sunbathing, some beach volleyball or maybe just a stroll on the boardwalk. Its access to the waterfront and beach makes it a sought-after location to live. Queen Street East is also a bustling street full of restaurants, shops and services as well as the annual Jazz Festival in the summer months. Many of the homes are older Victorian brick homes, either Semi-Detached or Detached, in the last decade, we have started to see more boutique condos being built along Queen St & Kingston Rd. Being such a small neighborhood prices can get quite high in this area depending on the home type you are looking for.
